  • Our ornaments are exchanged at 100% 91.6 K.D.M. without any deduction in net wt. of the gold

    • (Net weight means total weight of ornament less stones / enamel if any) Making charges and wastage for new ornaments will be charged extra. Bill is Compulsory. 18ct. Ornament @18cts Gold Price.
  • No manufacturing guarantee for any breakage & no stone fitting guarantee
  • Gold jewellery resale 80% at the 22ct. Bar Rate & (90% for 91.6 KDM Gold.) Bill is Compulsory
  • Resale for MRP Diamond Jewellery - 80%, If exchanged for Gold Jewellery - 85%.
  • Resale for Diamond Value in Diamond Jewellery (Non-MRP) - 90%
  • Platinum ornaments - exchange 80% and resale 70%. Bill is Compulsory.
  • Any jewellery will be exchanged within 7 days without use at the same purchased value. No Cash Refundable.
  • Repairs are done at customers cost.
  • Order item should be taken within 10 days of due date.
  • Diamond items exchange or resale, bill & certificate compulsory. Certificate charges Rs. 700/- per ct. or
  • Rs. 1000/- per certificate whichever is higher will be charged if not brought
  • No exchange value for Black Diamond Beads, Ruby Emerald Beads, Drops, South Sea Pearls & Corals.
  • Stones will be re-exchanged as per the value given below:
  1. Ruby & Emerald Stones - 70%
  2. Uncuts & FD - 80%
  3. MRP Diamonds - 90%
  4. Loose Diamonds - 100%
  5. Kundan - 70%
  • And the values will be applicable when exchanged with the similar stones only.
  • No resale value for stones except diamonds.
  • The original sale bill has to be submitted at the time of - Sales Return/ Exchange/ Sale.
  • Please do not use perfumes & sprays on gold as it reacts to gold.
  • The weight of stones, beads etc is only indicative and the actual may vary marginally. However in all cases, the stone weight shown in the bill will be considered. Please retain the original bil
  • It is presumed that the customer has understood and consciously agreed to the product features before making the final decision to purchase and also agreed for the rates charged for the product and the method adopted in arriving at the final invoice value of the product so chosen.
  • The company reserves the right to modify the above terms & conditions without prior notice.
  • PAN Card is mandatory for purchase / sale exceeding 2 Lakhs, Transaction Exceeding 2 Lakhs will not be accepted by cash.
